This case record is taken up for consideration for passing order in this MA case which is instituted by applicant side for getting an order of injunction against the Ops.

But fact remains that in the decision passed in MA-95/23 which has been cropped up from CC-191/2023 this District Commission has observed that the above noted CC case is not maintainable in the eye of law and so the said CC case has been dismissed.

In view of such observation this MA case is also found not maintainable and so it is also dismissed on contest. 

No order is passed as to cost.
