ORDER

Order dt.02/06/2005 The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is hereby directed to make payment of Rs.6,150/- and 12% interest p.a. from the date of depositing the coffee seeds(or sale) with the OP till its final realisation and Rs.500/- as damages for the complainant being put to mental agony and Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings.
