File is taken up today on the application moved by the counsel for the complainant. Power of attorney on behalf of OP No.3 also filed.

Counsel for the complainant made a statement that OP No.3 has made the payment of Rs.2,40,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Forty Thousand Only) vide cheque D.D. bearing No.00229000 dated 06.11.2023 as full and final payment. So, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
