          Complainant absent and no representation for the complainant on this posting date also.  The complainant is continuously absent when the case is posted for recording exparte evidence but the complainant has not turned up nor adduced any evidence.  The 3 documents produced along with the complaint are not sufficient to prove any deficiency in service or any unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite party.

          In the circumstances we are inclined to dismiss the complaint.

          In the result complaint stands dismissed. 

          No costs.
