Record put up today complainant is absent OP is also absent . Later complainant and OP appeared in court date as fixed. Later complainant Shri Reuben F. Fancon and Shri Rajen Sumar Manager NITRAA Furniture appeared again and submit that after discussion both parties have come to a settlement on the following grounds.

1. That the first party/complainant and the OP are willing to settle the matter today in court.

2. That the OP shall pay/refund the amount of Rs 2000/- to the complainant.

3. That the complainant shall have no claim whatsoever from the OP in respect of the instant case after payment is made. In view of the above case stands disposed off on compromise. Supply copy of this order to both parties.
