None has appeared on behalf of the parties.

A compromise (paper No. 41) has already been filed on record on dated 21.02.2024, which was accepted by both the parties to the appeal alongwith their counsel.

Appellant and respondent No. 1 have agreed to settle the matter in terms of compromise towards full and final settlement for Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as depreciated value of the product in question.

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise considering the full and final settlement”. 

A compromise (paper No. 41) shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

                        A copy of this order alongwith compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
