ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rohit Sharma, Counsel for Niti Shree (OP) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received total amount of          Rs. 9,50,000/- from Niti Shree (OP), as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
