2. Local Organizing Committee, CCMT-2019 (Centralized Counseling) Organized by National Institute of Technology Rourkela, State Odisha-769-008 India Through its Chairman.
3. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli State, Tamilnadu through its Chairman/Managing Director.

                        OPs No. 1 and 2 already exparte.

                       

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defects he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same and has sought permission to file the fresh complaint.

                        In view of the abovesaid statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be place on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
