ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.314192/- towards expense incurred by the complainant for replacement of spare parts with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of complaint till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.100000/- for engaged hired vehicle during the parking period of the complainant’s vehicle in the service centre of the 2nd opposite party and to pay the cost of the complaint.

          Complainant absent.  No representation for complainant. Sufficient time already given to complainant.  Inspite of notice complainant not appeared.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
