The A/R for complainant is present and filed a memo wherein he stated that, the instant matter has already been settled outside the Commission with utmost satisfaction of the complainant, so he prayed not to press further with the case.

              Memo considered. As the present consumer dispute has already settled between the parties outside the Commission with satisfaction of the complainant, the dispute itself lost its merit to proceed further. Hence we dropped the same with an order as to no cost.
