Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- for deficiency of service and also to pay a sum of Rs.70,000/- for mental agony and Rs.5000/- as cost of the complaint.

 

 

 

   Complainant counsel made an endorsement stating that “Received  D.D.No.016630, dated 19.4.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank, Thiruvanmyur Branch, towards full satisfaction of the claim and withdraw the case.   In view of the endorsement Full satisfaction recorded and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
