Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.  It is noted from the affidavit filed at page 63 that the vehicle in question has been sold in an auction on 23.03.2010.  Further, it is seen that the appeal against the order of the District Forum was filed by the petitioner before the State Commission some time in the month of November 2011, which means that the vehicle according to petitioner’s affidavit, had been sold well before the filing of the appeal.  However, neither any indication to the effect that the vehicle has been sold, has been given in the memo of appeal nor, it appears, any such submission has been made before the State Commission at the time of passing of the impugned order which is by way of interim direction given on 16.11.2010. Learned counsel seeks time to

 reconcile the two conflicting statements made on oath by the petitioner and make his submissions after seeking instructions in the matter.
