The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files amended complaint and also requisites for issue of notice to the legal heirs of OP no. 2 have been mentioned under serial no. 4 and 5 of the amended complaint.

The office is directed to issue notice to OP no. 4 and 5 fixing 14.12.2022 for S/r and appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
