ORDER

 

Heard counsel for the petitioner.  We are not inclined to agree with the counsel for the petitioner that education does not fall within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the respondent/complainant is not a consumer.  There are concurrent findings of two fora and we are not inclined to interfere with the said findings.  The revision is, accordingly dismissed, with no order as to cost.
