Complainant is absent. Advocate for OP No. 3 files hazira. Heard the Advocate for OP No. 2 on the merit of the case. Advocate for OP No. 3 submitted that the claim of the complainant has already solved by the O.Ps & complainant is no more interested to move with the case. On perusal of record it is also found that complainant is absent since institution of the case. In such circumstances we hold that it is a fit case to dismiss the case for default of the complainant. Accordingly the case is dismissed.
