It is seen from the case record that complainant is totally absent since day of filing of the present case. Whereas, the notice send to the Opposite party on dated 28.04.2018 though Regd. Post vide no. RO801093544IN but the same has returned with postal endorsement as “refused”, hence serving of notice was held sufficient.

Before going to the merit of the case, we have perused the case record and found that the complainant has not filed any supportive documents and also he is absent since the day of filing of the present case and it is also seen that that though 48 numbers of adjournments were already given to the complainant for hearing but no steps were taken by him and the case is lingering since 2018.
We feel no party is interested to proceed with the case further, hence we have decided to drop the case henceforth. 

Accordingly the case is dropped for default.
