                                                          ORDER

SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN      : PRESIDENT

1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

         2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. The opposite parties entered appearance and filed version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. Since 08.11.2019 this case is adjourned for the purpose of filing affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, notice was issued to the complainant by this Commission. The said notice was accepted by the complainant but failed to appear before this Commission to further proceed with this complaint. Inspite of giving sufficient opportunities, the complainant failed to file affidavit. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. Hence we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Forum, this the 12th day of July 2022.
