Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                   Sh. Anuj Arora, Proprietor on behalf of the OPs.

                            

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing the written version on behalf of the OP-2. Written version filed. Copy supplied.

                   At this stage, Sh. Anuj Arora, Proprietor on behalf of the OPs has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise OPs will adjust the booking amount of Rs.5500/- in question in future when the complainant party plans a trip and make booking through our company.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP and in view of the statement of Anuj Arora, Proprietor of the Nirmrit Tours & Travels. He withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both parties will bound their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
