ORDER

O.P.1 is directed to refund of the amount of Rs.150000/- with interest of Rs.57000/- upto 30.06.2005. This entire amount of Rs.207000/- shall be paid with future interest at the rate of 10% p.a. till the date of payment. The O.P. shall pay the amount within a period of 2 months with cost of Rs.1000/-. Send the copies of this order to both parties under COP.
