            The Dhr is absent on repeated calls. None for the Dhr is present and no steps are taken. On scrutiny of t he record, it appears that the Dhr remained absence since 07.05.2018.

            It appears to us that the Dhr is not at all interested to proceed with the execution case and as such the instant execution case being no. 148 of 2017 is dropped.
