     Mr. Goutam  Kumar Dhar( OP No.3)  and the Power-of-Attorney Holder   of other Ops is personally present. Ld. Lawyer for the Ops is also present.

   This is a case for execution and registration of Sale Deed in respect of the flat No. 19/A (measuring 450 Sq. feet) on the 4^th floor, West-North of Satyam Apartment, 7 No. Rezaul Karim Sarani, Gorabazar, Berhampore, Murshidabad .

     It is also admitted by the complainant that she got possession of the impugned flat on flat No. 19/A (measuring 450 Sq. feet) on the 4^th floor, West-North of Satyam Apartment, 7 No. Rezaul Karim Sarani, Gorabazar, Berhampore, Murshidabad on 01.09.2004. It is settled on compromise that the Ops will execute and register the Sale Deed in favour of the complainant in respect of flat No. 19/A (measuring 450 Sq. feet) on the 4^th floor, West-North of Satyam Apartment, 7 No. Rezaul Karim Sarani, Gorabazar, Berhampore, Murshidabad within 2(two) months from this day and it is also settled on compromise that the cost of registration in respect of the impugned Sale Deed will be borne by the complainant .

     Considering the above settlement, we find that the dispute has been settled on compromise voluntarily by the parties and as such we find that the case be disposed of on compromise.
