Therefore, the revision petition is disposed of as not pressed.

However, the learned District Commission is hereby directed to dispose of the complaint petition within 60 days after receipt of this order. The revision petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Commission on19.06.2023 to receive further instruction from it.
