Counsel for OP states that matter is already settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 2,60,900/-. OP states that they will refund the amount to the complainant within 30 days from today. The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
