Complainant is present.Counsel for the L.I.C of India(Ops) filed a cheque bearing No-1284267 amounting to Rs-58996.00 in favour of the complainant.Complainant has received the cheque towards full and final settlement of the claim amount and does not want to proceed with the case.Ops has no objection,if the case is dropped.Hence the case is dropped due to non- Precaution and on the petition of the complainant
