Order no. 05, dt. 21.3.2022

Complainant files hazira along with a separate application supported by affidavit with a prayer for dismissal of the case for non prosecution on the ground stated therein.  Heard the Ld.  Lawyer for the complainant.  Perused and considered.  It appears that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and as such there is no need to proceed with this case any further and as such I am inclined to allow the instant petition filed by the complainant.

Hence,  it is

 that the instant petition filed by the complainant is hereby considered and allowed.  Consequently, the instant case be and the same is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
