Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, several adjournment applications were given by the complainant before 03/01/2019 on which date, the case was fixed for 15/01/2019 for judgment. On 15/01/2019, the complainant moved an application for filing of Bank statement and fixing another date for orders. This application was allowed and 22/01/2019 was fixed for re-hearing of arguments. Since 22/01/2019, the complainant did not appear before this Forum. The opposite party Counsel was present on 22/01/2019 but, none is appearing on behalf of the opposite parties after 22/01/2019. As many as six dates were fixed for further orders but, none has turned-up on behalf of both the parties, therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present complaint case. The present complaint case is dismissed in absence of both the parties. They shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
