ORDER

The complainant is not present today also. The opposite party has submitted on the last occassion that the complainant has received the certificate and has produced a letter as such the complaint does not servive. The complainant has been absent alalong and appears to be not interested in prosecuting. The opposite party has filed their objection stating that the certificate on behalf of the complainant by her representative by name Mahadev on 14.5.95. Therefore also the complaitn does not survive.Since the complainant is absent we have no other alternative except to dismiss the complaint for default and non-prosecution.
