ORDER

The learned advocate for the opposite party has produced certified copy of the order passed in the Revision Petition of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission wherein the revision preferred by the opposite party had been allowed and the order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 11.12.2006 is set aside and the matter remanded to the State Commission for appeals being decided afresh on merits. Therefore, in view of the order of the National Commission this forum cannot proceed with the present complaints. Therefore, the matter deserves to be closed and same is closed. MEMBER PRESIDENT
