ORDER

Learned Counsel for the parties have made a statement that the matter has been amicably settled.  As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., the Petitioner in Revision Petition No. 3739 of 2010, shall pay a sum of ₹5,00,000/- to Respondent No.1/Complainant in full and final settlement of all the claims.  Learned Counsel for the Complainant shall forthwith inform the Learned Counsel for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. the name and address of the person, in whose favour the bank draft/payment is to be issued/made.  The payment shall be made to the Complainant within four weeks from the date of furnishing of the aforesaid details.

The amount deposited by the Petitioners in this Commission under the interim orders passed earlier shall be refunded to them, along with accrued interest, if any, within a month.   

In view of the above, both the Revision Petition stand disposed of.
