                                                                            Present -: Shri Pardeep budhwar, Advocate for complainant.

                                         Today, the case is fixed for evidence  of Op no.2. At this stage , learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical ground and permission may be  granted for filing fresh complaint. In View of the statement learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint in appropriate court. Orignal documents be returned as per rule.. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
