ORDER

                                  Rajeshwar Versus NIC.

Present: Sh Pardeep budhwar, Advocate for complainant.

              Sh. Gaurav Gupta, Advocate for Op.

              Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical and permission may be granted for filing  fresh complaint in proper/competent court. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint. The time taken during these proceedings before this forum shall be exempted in view of provision under Section 14(2) limitation Act. Original documents be returned as per rule. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
