ORDER

Present:       Sh. Shrikant Vashisth, Advocate for complainant.                   

                   Sh.Rajender Verma, Advocate for OP.

                                                 

                   Today the case was fixed for filing of written statement by OP. Written statement and power of attorney filed. Copy of written statement supplied. At this stage, learned counsel for OP suffered a statement that he has been authorized by insurance company to settle the present complaint for full and final settlement of the complainant subject to furnishing letter dt. 30.07.2020, letter of subrogation, letter of indemnity, Form No. 29, 30 within 15 days. The insurance company will make the payment within 45 days after receiving of requisite documents from the complainant. Learned counsel for complainant also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of counsel for insurance company and ready to settle the complaint. Statement to these effect recorded separately

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is disposed off with the direction that the insurance company shall make the claim within 45 days, after receiving letter dt. 30.07.2020, letter of subrogation, letter of indemnity, Form No. 29, 30 within 15 days, if the insurance company fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 45 days, the insurance company shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of complaint till payment. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
