ORDER

10. In the ultimate analysis of our aforesaid discussion, we partly accept the claim of the complainant to the tune of Rs.1,02,000/- out of which she had already received Rs.49,000/-. Hence the complainant is entitled to Rs.53,000/- alongwith Rs.5000/- as monetary compensation with Rs.2000/- as costs of the litigation payable within one one from the receipt of copy of this judgment.
