                     This application has been filed by the National Insurance Company for the implemtntation of the order dated 02.12.2015 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission in Revision Petition No. 1398 of 2015.  From the perusal of the said order, the revision petition of the petitioner/National Insurance Company was accepted and the complaint of the complainant was dismissed.  No order has been made by the Hon’ble National Commission for the refund of the amount which was paid by the Insurance Company to the complainant.  However, the said amount has been refunded by the complainant Mahender Pal to the insurance company vide cheque dated 18.07.2016.  The counsel for the company has received the cheque of Rs. 3,63,162/- from the complainant Mahender Pal.  His statement recorded separately.  The application of the insurance company is dismissed being non maintainable.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
