                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.30 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheets, we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant for the last more than one year i.e. since 12.01.2016.

                        The counsel for the OP stated that the claim of the complainant has been settled and a sum of Rs. 56,000/- has been paid to the complainant vide Anneuxre R-3, hence the complainant is not appearing in this case.

                        This complaint was filed by the complainant on 18.04.2013 and 4 years are above to pass.  The complainant is not appearing in this case to prosecute his complaint further and it seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  In these circumstances, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the records.
