Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on 14/10/2016, and the complainant was very irregular in appearing before this Commission, thereafter he appeared lastly on 21/08/2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
