Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant has not taken any steps.  No show cause has been filed.

On call complainant is found absent.  Nobody appears for the complainant. 

All these factors are clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. 

Under this position this District commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case.

In the result, it is accordingly,

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this district commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
