                                               Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant/ further proceeding, but none is appearing on behalf of complainant. On 23.8.2021 also none appeared on behalf of complainant and the case was adjourned to for today i.e. 25.10.2021 for presence of complainant/ arguments. Today also neither any authorized person on his behalf nor complainant himself has come present. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue with his complaint further. In these circumstances, complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution, however, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. File be consigned to the record room.
