                   Today the National Lok Adalat is being organized as per the directions of the Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Panchkula as per letter No. 1861-1929 (Sal-I)/2023/HALSA dated 24.05.2023.  Learned counsel for opposite party has suffered a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and opposite party will pay Rs.70,000/- IDV value of the deceased buffalo insured with opposite party vide tag No. NIA-160035028763 within 45 days. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he is agreed with the statement given by counsel for opposite party on behalf of complainant and as such the award may be passed accordingly in Lok Adalat. In view of the statement of learned counsel for parties, the op is directed to make payment of Rs.70,000/- i.e. IDV value of the deceased buffalo to the complainant within a period of 45 days from today, failing which op will be liable to pay the above said amount of Rs.70,000/- to the complainant alongwith interest at the rate of @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
