                   Sh. Rakesh Bajaj, Adv. for OPs.

                   Heard. The statement of both the parties have been recorded on 06.03.2024. As per statement of counsel for OP a compromise has been done with complainant and they are ready to pay a sum of Rs. 55000/- as full and final payment within 30 days. Complainant has also made her statement that the statement given by counsel for OPs is acceptable to her and as per statements the present complaint may kindly be disposed of but OPs may be bound down by their statement. She has further stated that in case Op fails to make payment within 30 days then order regarding interest may also be passed.  In view of the statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised and OPs shall pay the above said amount of Rs. 55000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today and in default the complainant shall be entitled to interest @ 6 % per annum on the above said amount of Rs. 55000/- from Ops from the date of this order till actual realization. File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
