                   Counsel for the complainant has made no objection on the application moved by learned counsel for OP no. 1 for setting aside the order dated 3.12.2021 against opposite party no. 1.    The counsel for complainant has made a statement that due to some technical grounds, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

                     Heard.

                   In view of above statement, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn on liberty to file fresh complaint.   File be consigned after due compliance.
