Rajiv Vs. New India  etc.

 

Present:     Complainant in person with Sh.B.S.Kalyan, Advocate for Complainant.

                                           Sh. Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Ops .                                

Parties have settled their dispute amicably. Statement of complainant recorded to the effect that he has received Rs 6,500/- as PCB billing amount from the Op No.1. So, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further. In view of the statement of complainant,  present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to  record room after due compliance.
