                        Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Perusal of case file reveals that complainant side is not pursuing the case regularly and on 16.01.2024 and 29.01.2024 none appeared on their behalf.  It is 3.40 p.m.  Further wait seems not to be justified. As such, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. File after due compliance be consigned to record room. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
