                   Case taken up at 3.30 P.M. but this time also none has appeared inspite of calls.  Perusal of case file reveals that neither complainant nor his counsel is appearing for the last four hearings wherefrom it is presumed that either  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint or his grievance has been settled by the Ops and therefore, complainant has opted not to come present before the Forum.  Hence, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
