Statement of learned counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint for want of correct address of OPs and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file the fresh complaint after getting the correct address of OPs.

In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complaint is at liberty to file fresh complaint as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record.
