ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on behalf of complainant has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that none has been appearing for the complainant before this Commission after 19.02.2024, i.e. complainant did not appear on 23.02.2024, 27.02.2024, 22.04.2024, 26.04.2024, 03.05.2024 and even today.  Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
