Complainant is absent without steps. Op files hazira.

Since first sitting of this Commission matter was called on after certain intervals. But it is equally unfortunate to note that none appears for the complainant and complainant is found absent.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Heard the ld. Advocate of the op.

Considering the attending facts and circumstances of the case it clearly indicates that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case any further and as such there is no need to proceed further with this case.

Hence, the instant case is dismissed for non prosecution.
