The record is put up this day on the basis of the put up petition filed on behalf of the complainant.  On call the complainant himself with his Ld. Advocate is present.  The Ld. Advocate for the contesting O.Ps. is also present and files hazira.

The complainant files a verified petition stating that the dispute involved in the case has been settled out of Forum in between him and the O.Ps. and as such  he wants to withdraw the case.

The complainant himself is examined by the Members of this Forum.  Being asked the complainant has admitted before this Forum that he wants to withdraw this complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties out of Forum.  Considered.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to permit the complainant to withdraw the case.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that C.C. No.93/2015 is disposed of on withdrawal without any cost.   Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
