Final Order / Judgement

By this Review Application, the Revisionist has challenged the order of this Commission passed in CC/445/2010 on 12th June, 2019. He has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing the present Review Application. We have gone through the Review Application and contents therein.  It appears that the present Revisionist is not a party to the Consumer Complaint No.CC/445/2010. Therefore, he does not have a locus standie to challenge the order mentioned supra. Consequently, the delay condonation application does not survive. Hence, we pass the following order.

ORDER

  1. Miscellaneous Application No.MA/80/2024 along with Review Application No. RA/4/2024 stands dismissed.
  2. No order as to costs.
  3. Inform the Revisionist accordingly.
