ORDER

Smt. Sukla Sengupta-President.

Both the sides along with their conducting advocates are present. A joint petition “under the curve of compromise petition” has been filed by the parties to this case.

The complainant has stated on dock before this Commission that the matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties out of court as per their terms and conditions, with which the complainant is satisfied and he is not willing to proceed with the case furthermore. He is praying for dismissal of this case.

The complainant further stated before this Commission in witness box that he put his signature on compromise petition without having any pressure or influence from any corner and his intend to withdraw the case.

Considering the statement of the complainant himself whose identity has been examined as per law this Commission is of view that when the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case furthermore and his a willing to withdraw the same this Commission has no intention to stand in his way. Thus in view of the discussions made above the complainant is allowed to withdraw this case.

Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 50/2020 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
